Roadmap

Commercial flooring first. Other trades follow.

The supplier pricing problem is not unique to flooring. It exists in every commercial sub trade where reps own RFQs personally and most pricing comes back by email. Flooring is the cleanest workflow to solve first.

Why flooring first

Every commercial sub trade lives in the same supplier inbox. Drywall reps email mud suppliers the same way flooring reps email carpet mills. The problem is universal. We started with flooring because the workflow is the most consistent across shops, the supplier formats are the most parseable, and we had a design partner — Daniel Lee at Signature — who would tell us what was broken every week.

Once flooring is bulletproof, the same parsing infrastructure extends naturally to drywall, ceilings, paint, tile, and millwork. Join the waitlist for your trade and we will reach out the moment SpecSync is ready to handle your supplier formats.
